Q: Can I make amendments or alter my list after it has been registered?

A: Yes, you can make changes to your list up until the date of your wedding. Just contact our dedicated team!

Q: Can I order an item in a different pattern/colour/design?

A: Of course! If the product is available from the manufacturer, we will do our best to get it for you.

Q: How do I create a list?

A: Call into our store, head to the Weddings Department and take a seat - our dedicated, knowledgeable & friendly team will provide you with a Wedding Pack that includes everything you need. You can then explore the store and make a note of everything you'd like to add to your list. When you're finished, our team will put these online for all your guests to view (and purchase!)

Q: Am I obliged to buy any remaining items on my list?

A: No, you are not obliged to purchase remaining items.* *Exceptions apply ā€“ some special order items may require purchase ā€“ you will be notified of any such items at time of ordering.

Q: What if someone buys a gift which isnā€™t on my list?

A: We will try to encourage your guests to purchase items from your list, however we cannot insist on this. If you have a query concerning any gift you receive, please do not hesitate to contact our Weddings Team.

Q: Do Wardens keep a record of names of guests who buy off my list?

A: Due to customer discretion, we do not keep a record of names of people who buy gifts from wedding lists. Each gift that we deliver will be sent with a gift card with personal message from the guest who purchased the gift.
