Buying a Gift In-Store:
- Visit us at 45 High Street, Newtownards and call to our Wedding List area on the third floor.
- You will need to know either the Couples' name, date of their wedding or wedding list number, from which we can then supply you with a copy of their gift list.
- Browse the store with the list and view the items which you may like to purchase.
- Inform our Wedding Consultant of the gift you would like to purchase. It will then be brought to the Wedding List area and payment can be made.
- You can then choose to have your item gift wrapped.
- Two delivery options are available for your convenience, you may either take the gift with you to deliver to the couple yourself, or alternatively, you can leave the gift in our capable hands and we will arrange delivery to the Couple at their chosen address.

Buying a Gift Online:
- Click onto the ‘Wedding Lists’ section of our website and selecting 'Find a List'
- You can search for the Couple’s list by typing in either forename or surname.
- Results of your search will be displayed and you can select the relevant list.
- The chosen couple’s list will be displayed showing quantities requested and price per item.
- Select the gift you would like to purchase by changing the purchase quantity to 1 or the required amount and click 'Add to bag'
- When you are happy with your selection, click 'Checkout'.
- The total of your order is shown on the next page, if you are happy with this, click ‘Proceed’, if not, you can amend quantities or remove the item altogether.
- You will then be taken to the Billing Details page where Gift Card details, Name and Billing address information is collected. Please note, your address is collected here to verify credit card information for our payment provider, this is not where your gift will be delivered to.
- Your preferred delivery method can then be selected (Wedding Delivery / Pick up In-store)

Q: I have chosen the delivery method 'Wedding Delivery' - What does this mean?
A: This delivery method means that when we receive your order, we will contact the couple to let them know someone has purchased a gift from their wedding list. It is then at the convenience of the couple whether they then choose to collect the gift from our store or if they would like us to deliver the gift to their chosen address.

Q: Do I pay for gift-wrapping and delivery?

A: No, we offer a free gift-wrapping and free delivery service to our Couple's chosen address for gifts bought off our wedding lists.

Q: If the gift I choose is not available, is it substituted for another item?

A: No, if the gift you have chosen is not available, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We may offer the couple the chance to choose an alternative of which you will be notified. We do not send substitute gifts unlike many other stores. Due to the large variety of items we sell in our store, our stock levels may not always be accurately represented. If this is the case, we will contact you!

Q: Can I have my gift shipped abroad?

A: Gifts are delivered directly to the couple at their chosen address or alternatively, can be collected in-store for you to deliver yourself.

Q: If I don’t like any of the gifts on the list, can I choose a gift myself?

A: Yes, you can choose a gift which is not on the list. However, the items on the list are the preferred choice of the couple. Often the couple will appreciate Wardens Gift Vouchers with which they can then use towards a gift of their choice or put towards larger items.
