How To Buy From a List >
Choosing that special gift is so much easier when a list has been created for you – it takes away the possibility of the couple not liking your gift and gives you the satisfaction that they will receive something that they truly want or need.
At Wardens, we have tried to make purchasing a gift as easy as possible and with our new ‘buy online’ service, our gift lists are now more accessible than ever. Follow our step by step guide to purchasing your gift:
Buying a Gift In-store:
Visit us at 45 High Street, Newtownards and call to our Wedding List area on the third floor.
You will need to know either the Couples’s name, date of their wedding or wedding list number, from which we can then supply you with a copy of their gift list.
Browse the store with the list and view the items which you may like to purchase.
Inform our Wedding Consultant of the gift you would like to purchase. It will then be brought to the Wedding List area and payment can be made.
You can then have your gift wrapped free of charge.
Two delivery options are available for your convenience, you may either take the gift with you to deliver to the couple yourself, or alternatively, you can leave the gift in our capable hands and we will arrange delivery to the Couple at their chosen address.
Buying a Gift Online:
Click onto the ‘Weddings’ section of our website.
You can search for the Couple’s list by typing in either surname, Wedding List Number or Date of their wedding .
Results of your search will be displayed and you can select the relevant list.
The chosen couple’s list will be displayed showing quantities requested and price per item.
Select the gift you would like to purchase by changing the purchase quantity to 1 or the required amount.
When you are happy with your selection, click 'Proceed'.
The total of your order is shown on the next page, if you are happy with this, click ‘Proceed’, if not, you can amend quantities or remove the item altogether.
You will then be taken to the Billing Details page where Gift Card details, Name and Billing address information is collected. Please note, your address is collected here to verify credit card information for our payment provider, this is not where your gift will be delivered to.
Your preferred delivery method can then selected (Deliver to Couple/ Pick up In-store) - See Frequently Asked Questions for further information.
You will then be redirected to our secure payment gateway page and payment information is gathered.
You will then receive automatic email confirmation of your order.
Your order will then be processed and your gift delivered by your chosen method.
If you should need to buy from more than one wedding list, please complete separate transactions.
If you would like to also purchase from our main catalogue, please complete your wedding list purchases first.
